Access to project files is limited to authorized personnel only. Client documents are handled solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services. Confidentiality

Every employee, project manager, translator, editor, and freelance linguist working with DOSB is expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials. Where required, confidentiality agreements (NDAs) are executed with employees, freelancers, and clients

Access Management

Access to client information follows the principle of least privilege. Only team members directly involved in a project receive access to the corresponding files. Access permissions are reviewed as projects progress and are removed when no longer required
